ABSTRACT
The article presents electromagnetic compatibility requirements for immunity tests and the determination of the emission levels of electromagnetic disturbances in adjustable speed power drive systems. The dis-turbances are divided into two groups: low-frequency (up to 50 harmonics of the power supply system) and high-frequency (above 150kHz). The article also signals the lack of legal regulations on permissible disturbance level in the frequency range from 2.5kHz to 150kHz. This range is considered high fre-quency by the authors. Compatibility levels found in standards and sample measured electromagnetic environment parameters have also been shown. A sample reaction of a drive to the most common disturbances in the power supply system has been presented
